hey we’ve had such a hot summer this summer and uh we decided to move our roses out of the sun here to here and you can see all the wonderful New Growth that has come since we moved them and they’re blooming
beautifully and so the Lord is our covering the Lord is our shelter he’s the shade that we can grow beneath we grow underneath the wings of our God and uh the harshness of the Sun the harshness of the Earth the world the world system it wants to stifle our growth and to cause us to do nothing to cause us to lay dormant but God provides a covering and a shelter for us and we Bloom and Blossom as the rose in the desert we are his chosen people a royal people chosen by him and he chose you that you would go and that your fruit would remain he you didn’t choose him he chose you so just realise today that his covering is over you his shelter is over you and he causes New Growth to come upon your life be blessed I wrote a prophetic word uh New Year’s Eve and it was all about the burning heat of the Sun and so I took this little video because I saw it as a prophetic sign that the Lord is our shelter the sun shall not strike you by day nor the Moon by night so the Lord will arise with healing in his wings and he said to Jerusalem how often I wanted to gather you under my wings as a mother hen does in Matthew 23 but you were not willing so I want to encourage you Brethren that the heat of the Sun is going to intensify the Son of God the heat will cause our faith to be proven genuine the heat that comes in our life and it’s not to destroy us it’s to qualify us but the heat that the enemy would send is intended to destroy us and so the Lord Is With Us those who don’t have the Lord are going to find it very hard I believe this year despite all of the hope people have put in the current Administration it’s just the same tree the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil so now we have the good side in power it’s the same tree don’t put your hope in that wrong tree cursed is the man who trusts in the arm of the flesh Jeremiah 17 blessed is the man whose hope is the Lord and so the Lord is our shelter the Lord is our covering and beneath his covering is the only place where we want to be right we don’t want to be going out on our own at this time at any time but as we walk in these last days we need to stay close to the Lord not gallivant around doing our own thing but walk carefully walk circumspectly Paul said be vigilant for your enemy The Devil roams around like a roaring lion Peter said seeking whom he may devour and that’s the ones who are out doing their own thing it’s not about whether you’re in a congregation in a church or not and you’re out on your own it’s about whether you are under law towards Christ whether you are being a Son of God a led by the spirit of God it’s this old mindset that wants to get us out doing our own thing and that’s where the danger is we think we’ve got to do things for God and we tend to take shortcuts that get us into trouble we tend to go off the track the narrow pathway Isaiah uh 35 speaks of the high and holy way and that is the narrow path of following Jesus being a disciple of Jesus so the growth and the protection and the blessing are found beneath our Jesus’s wings under his covering Isaiah 3 or 4 talks about over all of the dwellings he will put a covering a chuppah the Chuppah that uh Jewish couples get married beneath it represents the covering of God the Kippur they wear on their head it represents the covering of God hallelujah who is our protection who is our shade at our right hand and with him are Pleasures forever more our God is good to us and we can rest in him even in the face of great turmoil the Nations will be in turmoil the people will be panicking many hearts will fail them for the things coming upon the Earth the expectation of the things which speaks of the role of the media to scare people so let’s have an ear for our god let’s keep close under his wing so we can hear his heartbeat and hear his gentle voice reassuring you child I am for you I am with you who is he who condemns it is Christ who died for us who Justified us who has reconciled us to his father God is not out to get us he’s not out to get anybody he’s is out to Deliver Us From The Power of darkness and bring us into his son beneath those same wings so that the heat of the sun shall not touch you shall not Scorch you have mercy on all those who don’t know the Lord and bring them in under that same shelter because your house is a refuge you are a refuge and your house is also a refuge and a rock in a weary land these are the days where the Lord is dwelling with us and in your dwelling is rest and peace and people will sense that invite them over for a meal let them know you’re there for them let them know that in the time of trouble they can turn to you because you know the Lord Jesus Christ hallelujah our god is with us our God is with you be blessed.
