God’s care for you

Nearly a month ago I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to write a note for a Chinese national who manages an Avacado packing shed in our area. It was Sunday 29th December, I had to go to a certain Avocado farm to pick up the remaining empty fruit bins from them as they had finished packing fruit for this season. The manager is a believer from China, and all her workers are also Chinese.

This was a month ago. Little did I or the female Chinese manager know that the deadly coronavirus would escape a biosecurity Lab in Wuhan, China and begin to spread death and sickness.

I was at the farm on my own, filling my 30 tonne truck with bins.

As I was climbing up the stepladder to get into the cab of the truck the Spirit of God said, “Tell her to stay here”

As she was not at the shed at the time, I wrote a note and left it on her desk.

The note simply said — Ting Sha(her name)

” Stay Here ”

Jesus

I went back to her farm about a week ago and she was still here. She does not know that I wrote that note. I do not know if she was planning to return to China at the close of the season here so she could be there for Chinese New Year yesterday(26/1). I simply did what God had prompted me to do.

Only last night did I realise the significance of God’s prompting. I had forgotten about the note and was reading about the Coronavirus at the links I embedded above, when I remembered and realised fully that her Father had pre-warned her to not go back to China.

I imagine that she had most likely been asking for guidance about whether to go back or not. This was a month ago, BEFORE the virus was released. Father God knows all!!

So for you reading this, Jesus is with you too. Meditiate on and say out loud this psalm.

My Refuge and My Fortress
Psa 91:1  He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psa 91:2  I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
Psa 91:3  Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence.
Psa 91:4  He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
Psa 91:5  You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
Psa 91:6  Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
Psa 91:7  A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you.
Psa 91:8  Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked.
Psa 91:9  Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
Psa 91:10  No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
Psa 91:11  For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.
Psa 91:12  In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
Psa 91:13  You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
Psa 91:14  “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
Psa 91:15  He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.
Psa 91:16  With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.”
