John 10:33 The Jews answered Jesus, “We’re going to stone you to death, not for any good things you’ve done, but for dishonoring God. You claim to be God, although you’re only a man.”
Jesus of Nazareth, born in a manger in Bethlehem claimed to the Son of God…claimed that if they have seen Jesus, they have seen the Father, claimed that the Father and I are one, claimed that before Abraham was, I AM…and many many more claims like these.
That is why they killed Jesus. He claimed to be Emmanuel, God with us….God in the Flesh.
And that my dear friend or enemy is why most will want to kill me and others who proclaim like our Brother Jesus that we are filled with all the fullness of God, that if you have seen me you have seen Jesus, that my very flesh is the flesh of God, that my very soul is the soul of God and that my very spirit is the One Holy Spirit of God.
You will cry blasphemy and wish that I were dead…for our Lord and Saviour said that if they hated Me they will also hate you. If they kill Me they will also kill you.
FOR THE SAME REASON!!
Jesus a Man….who said truly the son can do nothing of Himself….Yes, Jesus could do nothing of Himself and yet He has the audacity to call Himself the Son of God!
Where is the super Christ that the majority worship? It isn’t Jesus that’s for sure. Jesus fell down under the weight of the cross and someone else had to carry it for him. Some God!
Jesus could do nothing of Himself….but the FATHER with Jesus did everything. For there is ONLY ONE GOD–The Father and Jesus Christ whom the Father has sent.
Jesus is the express image of the Father, but He is not the Father.
There is no way to know the Father except through knowing Jesus alive in your heart.
Once Jesus is in your heart, you are just like Him…filled with all the fullness of God, flesh of His flesh and bone of His bones. That does not mean you can do anything of yourself, just as Jesus could not do anything of Himself. It means you are totally reliant upon the Father to produce the fruit–not you yourself.
The Church refuses to take the next step keeping Jesus faraway from themselves in their imagination…somewhere up there in the sky. But Jesus is in their mouth and in their hearts! They are God in the flesh…their very own flesh.
Believe it.
Don’t reject being the image and likeness of Father…NOW, HERE, ON THIS EARTH, IN THIS LIFE!
Why do you scan the skies for the coming again of Jesus? He is here, never left, always present, with us, in us, as us.
Believe it.
The Apocalypse is not some end times Hollywood war movie…..The Apocalypse is the Revelation(the uncovering of what is hidden)of Jesus Christ.
Where is Jesus hiding? Where is Jesus Hidden?
In You and Me–in believers, those with like precious faith.
Jesus in you will be uncovered as you begin to see the truth from the tares.
And then shall all creation be set free from the bondage of corruption.
You are His dwelling place and He abides in you……but if you don’t believe that, it does no good for anyone. You believe Jesus is faraway in heaven and you will go to see Jesus one day when you die.
Jesus is the ONLY LIFE in you!! There is no other life in you IF you have been born again through faith in Jesus. There is no sinful nature in you dear believer in Jesus.
BUT
If you believe there is a sinful nature in you, then you give power to the enemy through your unbelief in Jesus in you.
Believe you died on the cross and now it is Christ who lives in you, living AS YOU….by His faith that He shares with you.
Jesus believed and then declared that belief and it got Him killed.
Killed by those who prefer a faraway God, up there in the sky. They despised a God who could be touched and handled and seen and known. They prefer a god who dominates them, not One that gets down among them, and lifts them up carrying their burdens and heavy loads.
Aint no super Christ gonna rescue you….coming from faraway. The One who lives in you is enough…for when they say, , ‘Look here!’ or ‘Look there!’
Luk 17:20 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation;
Luk 17:21 nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”
Luk 17:22 Then He said to the disciples, “The days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it.
Luk 17:23 And they will say , ‘Look here!’ or ‘Look there!’ to you Do not go after them or follow them.
Luk 17:24 For as the lightning that flashes out of one part under heaven shines to the other part under heaven, so also the Son of Man will be in His day.
Luk 17:25 But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.
Sadly, Jesus is still being rejected by this generation also.
When we look away from ourselves to a Jesus faraway from us, we are rejecting Him. We are His image and likeness, we are His body, flesh and bones, we are His city, His abode, His dwelling place…our spirit and body is God’s. We are the light of the world, the salt of the earth, children of God, sons of God by faith alone…..
We are the revelation of God in the earth to all creation.
We set creation free!! We are as He is in this world.
In all our human weakness God IS glorified.
In all our human weakness God lives fully present and enthroned.
God in human flesh!! This is the true glory of God.
God in earthen jars!! This is the true God.
Not some super Christ that is in the imaginations of millions…..but a Man laying down His life for his enemies. Love one another as I have loved you.
