In 15 years we have been in churches 2 years. The whirlwind of the Lord turned us out towards the wilderness instead. In early January 1998 I was given a very clear dream in which the choice was made clear:- Stay in the church as it is or seek God in the wilderness. It was some 5½ years later that we left the Pentecostal church we had been married in and in a place of leadership.
Many lessons have been learned over the years since then. We have had to learn to stand on our own and to trust God when it seems that all is pear shaped and wrong. I would not change the past for anything.
A day ago while contemplating going to “church” again the Lord very clearly said not to go. Also he explained that when the darkness has reached it’s peak then you will return for then they will be ready to hear what is in your heart. Until then they cannot hear nor do they want to hear.
This is a rerun of Jesus lamenting over Jerusalem in His refrain…Jerusalem O Jerusalem.
Mat 23:37 “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!
Mat 23:38 See! Your house is left to you desolate;
Mat 23:39 for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘BLESSED is HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!’ “
What business does a prophet have in going to Jerusalem to fit in with them? None. If I were to go it would not be long before I spoke contrary to what they are all believing for. I would have to leave again.
So outside the camp I remain…and not just I, but my wife and children.
When Isaiah saw the LORD in His Temple in ch.6 he was given the calling and mandate of all true prophets.
Isa 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
Isa 6:9 And He said, “Go, and tell this people: ‘Keep on hearing, but do not understand; Keep on seeing, but do not perceive.’
Isa 6:10 “Make the heart of this people dull, And their ears heavy, And shut their eyes; Lest they see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And return and be healed.”
This is what happened to Judah and Israel. But sad to say it has also happened to the church. The church have also refused to hear the word of the Lord and have been blinded. They prefer to believe lies and darkness. I was just the same of course. But in 2010 the Lord dealt with me and spoke clearly to me out of the story of Jesus healing the blind man in Mark 8. As a result of that we left our Bethsaida and have not returned.
Mar 8:22 Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him.
Mar 8:23 So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.
Mar 8:24 And he looked up and said, “I see men like trees, walking.”
Mar 8:25 Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly.
Mar 8:26 Then He sent him away to his house, saying, “Neither go into the town, nor tell anyone in the town.“
This story which came alive to us in 2010 and the dream in 1998 have ruled our lives to this day. The town is the church…we have not returned nor have we been able to speak to anyone. They do not hear, nor do they see. This is scary but is all the work of the Father.
Isaiah asked the LORD how long must he blind people? The answer was…
Isa 6:11 Then I said, “Lord, how long?” And He answered: “Until the cities are laid waste and without inhabitant, The houses are without a man, The land is utterly desolate,
Isa 6:12 The LORD has removed men far away, And the forsaken places are many in the midst of the land.
This is what is going to happen to the Christian church as it is now. God has new wine and the old wine skins cannot contain it. The old order will die off. Churchianity must die and will be desolate JUST AS JESUS said to Jerusalem in Matthew 23…
Mat 23:38 See! Your house is left to you desolate;
Mat 23:39 for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘BLESSED is HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!’ ”
As Jerusalem goes so will the “church.” Natural Jerusalem is not our Mother and never will be. Natural Jerusalem is in bondage with her children and can only produce bondage. Her children are contrary to all men.
1Th 2:14b…..the Judeans,
1Th 2:15 who killed both the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they do not please God and are contrary to all men,
The children of natural J/Lem are contrary to all men…this is the nature prophesied of Ishmael.
Gen 16:12 He shall be a wild man; His hand shall be against every man, And every man’s hand against him. And he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.”
This connection between the children of Jerusalem and Ishmael is made by Paul the anointed Apostle of Jesus Christ. The Church also seems to think it’s mission is to be contrary to all men…and she also vehemently supports the Zionist State aligning herself with natural Jerusalem in it’s murderous rule over those who live alongside her. Thus the church and Jerusalem shall become a stench in the nostrils of all men if not already. These brothers and sisters of mine also think Jesus is in support of all this as well.
Their collective houses shall be left to them desolate and empty and forsaken…..ONLY then shall they begin to be ready to hear the Lord’s word.
Behold! Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord.
